Floor cushion is about 4 thick. Filling: 100% organic gots certified cotton. Includes inserts in 100% organic cotton, lightweight, unbleached (gots certified) and a removable washable outer cover. There is a zipper placed on the inside of the board throughout the length. Inside there are removable inserts filled with 100% gots cotton fabric. When you remove the inserts you can wash the outer cover of both the boards and cushion. Choose the fabric for the removable outer cover.
