Our steps have open backs for easy move ability. This will be for a wood back with matching stain color. All steps are custom built by retired u. Steps come in fully assembled section. Built with pride in the u. This step is 28 inches tall. 40 inches deep(front to back). 16 inches wide(left to right). Each step has a rise of around 7 inches. Each platform base of around 9 inches deep. This step weighs around 25 to 35 lbs. These steps are very sturdy and can hold over 200 lbs. And we use 2 x 3's or larger for support.
