High quality canvas fabric, washable at 30 in washing machine. Anti-allergenic silicone hollow fiber for mattress filling. All the wood used comes from recovered pallet, each bed will have its own appearance, holes, scratches, knots and other imperfections are typical of the mother of pales and gives the beds their typical "aged" appearance. All beds are sanded, smoothed and carefully checked for the safety of your pets. We use only wood that has been heat treated and certified safely by labeling, on the pallets we select some pallets are chemically treated, ours are not.

We cut the slats to the measure requested by the client and we begin to assemble the bed with carpenter's tail and metal screws, the whole process is manual, we do not use any industrial machinery. Finally we move on to the varnishing/sanding process, this step is long and laborious to give the visual aspect to the aged wood. The mattress of the bed is handmade, we offer fabrics of great quality and durability to withstand washes and scratches of pets. The mattress filling is made of siliconized hollow fiber to avoid any allergies. We fill it by hand to make it firm and comfortable at the same time.

All our covers consist of high quality velcro so that you always adhere as the first day. The side cushions(according to model) do not draw, but they admit their washing in a washing machine without any problem and being filled with fiber, they dry quickly.
